Abstract
The invention relates to windings of electric machine, mainly DC machine. For this purpose, a polymer film is added to a mica-glass strip as one of substrates. A multilayer structure of film and mica-glass layers is obtained, which are located one-by-one into insulation. As a binder in the said structure, compositions without a solvent are used, which are in thick-flowing condition with penetration temperature of 50-70 °C (viscosity of 50-150 sec according a fluidmeter B3-4) that provides movement of layers into insulation. Mass of the binder should be no less than 23 % and no more than 30 %. As a binder polyester-imide compounds are used.
