Next, the possibility of obtaining polyvinyl chloride plastisol for the production of vinyl wallpaper is confirmed by the following examples of concrete implementation.
Example 1. Production of plastisol was carried out in a high-speed mixer, which is a container with a volume of 160 dm with a "cooling jacket" and a bottom-driven stirrer. The mixer is equipped with a vacuum pump, which ensures the creation of a vacuum necessary for the removal of gas bubbles in polyvinyl chloride plastisols for the production of vinyl wallpapers that have a smooth surface. For the production of polyvinyl chloride plastisol, the composition of which is given in example 1 of table 1, they were dispersed on vertical desolvers at a speed of 300-350 rpm. titanium dioxide, porophore, optical brightener. Synthanol was heated with a small amount of dioctyl phthalate and added to the porophore dispersion or directly to the mixer for making plastisol. The dispersion of titanium dioxide was in the range of 5-15 μm, and porophore - from 3.5 to 5.0 μm. The loading of titanium dioxide dispersions and dioctyl phthalate into the mixer was carried out by a pump. Dispersions of porophore, synthanol, optical brightener and stabilizer were loaded manually and the mixer was turned on for 20-30 minutes. In the "cooling jacket" of the mixer, water was passed for cooling. Then PVC was added in small portions, turning on the mixer for 10-15 minutes after adding each portion of PVC. The total mixing time was 2.5 hours. Example 1 of Table 1 shows the composition of the composition, and Example 1 of Table 2 shows the properties of the produced plastisol. Ge) so » she SRO

2.Examples 2-6. Polyvinyl chloride plastisol for the production of vinyl wallpaper was prepared as described in example 1, except that the qualitative and quantitative composition of the composition was changed. The ratio of components is given in examples 2-6 of table 1, and properties - in examples 2-6 of table 2.
The data presented in Table 2 show that the spin-out of the solid phase in plastisols on screen printing rolls of wallpaper is less than that of plastisols from the Optiplast company (1.Zg/kg). The mattness is the best for examples 3 and 4, and for the rest of the examples it is not worse than that of the products of the company "Optyplast" (50 relative units). The granulometric composition (maximum particle size) is better than for Optiplast plastisols (55 μm). The dynamic viscosity (after three months of storage) for all examples of plastisols is satisfactory and meets the technological requirements for plastisols for wallpaper production.
The claimed useful model is implemented on standard equipment and does not require the use of scarce components.
