Abstract

The invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used in systems for operative control and diagnostics of power equipment of HPP and NPP, in particular for measurement of form of structural elements and erosion wear of blades of steam turbines, and for measurement of frequencies and displacements of vibrations of blades in process of operation. To increase reliability and accuracy of measurement of early stages of erosion wear coming to existence sampling is carried out in continuous mode with quasi-flat electromagnetic wave of 4-millimiter range formed with wave guide section with elements of matching, within medium zone of diffraction with distance to object of control 80-120 mm, and determination of level of erosion wear is carried out by change of diagram of back scattering from controlled blade at current instant and instant of initial state in device, with installed in sequence receiving-transmitting antenna, first matching element 3 , directed branch 4 connected through second matching element 5 to SHF generator 6 connected to detector 7 and block for processing reflected signal connected through detector 7 to directed branch 4 that includes synchronization system 10 equipped with indicator of position 9, at that receiving-transmitting antenna is arranged with cone 1 in aperture of which phase-leveling lens 2 is installed, first of matching elements is arranged in pin type and the second one – on ferrite valve. The invention makes it possible to increase reliability and accuracy of measurement of early stages of erosion wear coming to existence and to increase reliability of blade apparatus.
