Abstract

An apparatus for drying grain materials includes a vibrating cylindrical hopper with vertical geometrical axis, its conical unloading surface is arranged perforated, and round it in equidistant way conical rim is placed, this is connected immovably to the hopper with formation of cavity for supply of ozone-air mix. The inner cavity of the vibrating cylindrical hopper is arranged with possibility of tightening by gates at the sides of grain material loading and unloading. The vibrating cylindrical hopper by means of elastic suspensions is mounted on fixed frame and is equipped with vibrator. In the installation the vibrating cylindrical hopper with vertical geometric axis is arranged with possibility of treatment of grain material with low temperature ozone-air mix and additional drying of grain material with high-temperature drying agent. Through the cavity formed between the conical perforated unloading surface of vibrating cylindrical hopper and the conical rim placed in equidistant way round it, this is connected without possibility of motion to vibrating cylindrical hopper, there is possibility of feeding with alternation to grain material of low-temperature ozone-air mix and high-temperature drying agent. In the upper section the vibrating cylindrical hopper is equipped with a branch pipe with gate with possibility of discharge of worked out drying agent for regeneration.
