Abstract

A method for drying grain materials includes drying grain material in U-type vibratory drying chamber with perforated bottom. At that it is mixed by perforated surfaces at passage of drying agent through it. At that the method is realized in two steps, at the first step grain material is loaded to vibrating cylindrical hopper with vertical geometrical axis. Its conical unloading surface is perforated, and round it at same distances a conical ring is placed with formation of a cavity for supply of ozone-air mixture. The inner cavity of the vibrating cylindrical hopper, with loaded grain material, is sealed with gates at the sides of loading and unloading grain material, with bringing the vibrating cylindrical hopper into vibratory motion, and to the inner cavity of the vibrating cylindrical hopper ozone-air mixture is supplied. At the second step grain material from the vibrating cylindrical hopper is supplied to inside of the U-type vibratory drying chamber with perforated bottom inclined to one side, under it cavity for supply of drying agent is formed. At that the U-type vibratory drying chamber with loaded grain material is sealed with gates at the sides of loading and unloading grain material, with bringing it to vibratory motion and with supply of drying agent to the U-like vibrating drying chamber. Worked-out ozone-air mixture from vibrating cylindrical hopper is supplied to a pipeline with drying agent; this is directed to the U-type vibratory drying chamber.
