Abstract
A process for the preparation of grouting mortar involves the preparation of liquid silicate in the presence of water (sodium silicate aqueous solution) with modifying agent, water and curative. Aluminum powder is used as a modifying agent in amount of not above 1% of soluble glass weight, the components are mixed up to obtaining silica modulus 2.8-5.0 with the preparation of modified soluble glass. Andesitic dust is used as curative, at following ratio of components, parts by weight:
