Additional linear elements of reinforcement go through the elements of reinforcing mesh of the column and built-in supplementary connecting elements in Z-like form in projection that are placed in the discrete gap. Additional linear elements of reinforcement are arranged with length that is not less than two times larger compared to the width of the body of the column in location of discrete gap, the free ends of long elements of reinforcement that go out of the ends of the girder have lengths not larger compared to the width of the body of the column at location of the discrete gap, the free ends of the long elements of reinforcement that go out of the ends of the girder are arranged as directed either in parallel to each other and the long axis of the girder, or in parallel to each other at angle to the long axis of the girder and the long axis of the column.
