Abstract
A constructional panel includes a core as a layer of heat and/or soundproof material, connection flexible links that go through the core, and welded wire nets placed at the both sides of the core and in parallel to its surfaces with gap with respect to those. The connection flexible links are arranged as yokes that go through the core through the through parallel cuts provided there, with widths equal to the widths of the yokes at outer dimension, with orientation normally with respect to the length of the constructional panel and placed in lines along the length of the constructional panel with formation of long lines of yokes, through the eyes of each line of the yokes that go out at both sides of the core the rods of effective reinforcement go, under each rod of effective reinforcement in whole length in the gaps between the eyes of the yokes at both sides of the core holders of the rods of effective reinforcement are installed, and at the both sides of the core, in parallel to its surfaces, welded wire nets are connected to the rods of effective reinforcement.
