Abstract

A percussive hydraulic device includes a body with working cavities and channels, shell with channels and bushings installed in the body, those jointly form with the body a high pressure accumulator arranged with possibility of permanent connection with pressure main and low pressure accumulator arranged with possibility of permanent connection with discharge main and periodic connection through distributor with pressure main. An anvil block is installed on centering bushings with the rods with different diameters. The centering bushings, shell and anvil block form idling chamber with possibility of its connection to the high pressure accumulator and working stroke chamber with possibility of its connection through distributor to low pressure hydro-accumulator or to pressure main. On the anvil block a compression ring is installed with possibility of its sliding in the shell. The shell and the centering bushings are installed in the body by means of sealing bushings. Between the centering and the sealing bushings draining chambers are provided, with possibility of connection of those to draining and discharge mains. In the shell wall a start channel is provided, this connects through distributor the working stroke chamber to the pressure main.
