Abstract

A voltage transformer having gas insulation consists of an active part which located into a case and presents as a core with windings; the core consists of electrotechnical steel plates located between frames and tightened by glass binding, the active part is installed on plates and fixed with helps of studs located into the case, secondary windings and a primary one are coiled on a glass-cylinder, screens are mounted on the core and windings. A terminal block is located in the low part of the transformer case. Secondary windings outputs and “X” output of high-voltage winding are connected to the terminal block. On the case it is installed an intermediate flange on which a polymeric outer cover is fixed above which a flange having high-voltage potential is installed. A high –voltage output leads out of the said winding, high-voltage output passes through a tube fixed by means of studs to a tube on the upper flange. Between the tube and the outer cover, capacitor it installed which consists of elemental capacitors, first plate of which is attached to upper flange having high potential, low plate is attached to the intermediate flange having ground potential. Frames are made dismountable. Side surfaces and grooves are made in the cylinder. The transformer may be attached to an adapter. An insulation washer on the case is fixed by screen-type flange.
