Abstract

The invention relates to air heaters suitable for instance for drying milk, casein, agricultural products, in systems of air heating, etc. Air heater has air box with inlet and outlet chambers. There are placed furnace as fire pipe, this is connected to branch pipe of burner, at least two rotation gas ducts, at least two convective packs as bunch of smoke pipes. Fire tube and first rotation gas duct are surrounded with air channels with intermediate heat absorbing screens. Inlet of first convective pack has separated bunch of short smoke pipes and separate channel for supply of air to that bunch. Across axis of air heater pipe plate is installed, on that one fire pipe rests, rotation chamber and first bunch of smoke pipes. The plate has condensers of heat elongations at boundaries of heating surfaces. The lower edge of pipe plate is installed on support. Between the branch pipe of burner and fire pipe flexible membrane is installed. The invention promotes increase of durability of heater under conditions of cyclic temperature loads.
