Abstract

A method for use of isolated site of illeumat abdominal and anal resections in patients with rectal cancer comprises the abdomino-anal resection. At a distance of 15- from the ileocecal angle the intestinal tube is crossed and both ends of intestines are sutured tightly with double suture. Then above this intersection at a distance of 30- from tuberculate intestine is crossed again and sutured tightly with double sutures into both ends of intestines. Thus an isolated bowel transplant is formed with tuberculate intestine for its implementation. The final colostomy is formed. Then the anastomosis is formed side by side between the insulated portion of the tuberculate intestine and acolon near the colostomy. The anastomosis is formed between the distal end of the tuberculate intestine and rectal stump.
