Abstract

A differential inductive force sensor includes the first pair of magnetic conductors with coils placed at one side of the in-line armature in zones of its opposite ends, the second pair of magnetic conductors with coils symmetrical with respect to the in-line armature at the opposite side on axes displaced from the ends of the in-line armature in direction from its center by distance equal to half-radius of the magnetic conductor with coil. Additional fifth and sixth pairs of magnetic conductors with coils are used, those are placed in normal to each other planes with the first and the second pairs of magnetic conductors with coils, symmetrically with respect to the in-line armature. At the opposite side at axes parallel to the axes of the first and the second pairs of magnetic conductors with coils, and the additional pairs of magnetic conductors with coils are displaced from the ends of the in-line armature in direction from its center by distance equal to half-radius of magnetic conductor with coil. The magnetic conductors with coils of each of the fifth and sixth pairs placed at same axes through amplifying-converting channels are connected through adder with the input of differential amplifier.
