Abstract

A differential inductive sensor comprises two pairs of magnetic conductors with coils placed symmetrically with respect to in-line armature at opposite side on axles displaced from the ends of the in-line armature in direction from its center by distance equal to half of radius of magnetic conductor with coil, at that magnetic conductors with coils placed on one axles through amplification-transformation channels are connected to the input of the differential amplifier through adder, additional two pairs of magnetic conductors with coils placed in normal to each other planes with main pairs of magnetic conductors with coils symmetrically with respect to in-line armature at opposite side on axles displaced from the ends of the in-line armature in direction from its center by distance equal to half of radius of magnetic conductor with coil, at that additional magnetic conductors with coils placed on one axles through amplification-transformation channels are connected to the input of the additional differential amplifier through additional adder, at that in the sensor to the inputs of the differential amplifier through adder amplification-transformation channels are connected, those are connected to arranged in cross way with respect to the in-line armature magnetic conductors with coils.
