Abstract
A process for hydrogen preparation, which consists in, that electrical arc discharge between metallic reagent as consumable electrode and discharge electrode is initiated and maintained in a water-filled reaction chamber. A device for the realization of above mentioned process for the hydrogen preparation, containing feeding mechanism with a vibrator, electric power supply, water-filled reaction chamber, discharge and consumable electrodes, providing the conducting of a target reaction with the help of low voltage arc discharge.
