Abstract

A rotor of windmill that converts energy of wind flow to energy of rotation of shaft of electric generator with axis of rotation parallel to wind flow, with installed in radial positions blades with controlled angles of installation with intersection as profile in aerodynamical form, with respective twist, has from 6 to 16 blades and outer ring displaced to obtain part of load from the blades, with intersection as profile in aerodynamical form with chord parallel to air flow. The outer ring is fixed to the ends of the blades by means of fixation of shafts, that go out of the ends of the blades, in bearing bushings fixed in outer ring.
