Abstract
A method for detonation of coating depositions, which comprises the filling of combustion chambers with fuel gas mixture and spraying powder material, initiation of detonation and spraying are carried out by simultaneous supply and mixing of components of fuel mixture in detonation and spherical cumulative combustion chambers, at that the spherical cumulative chamber is made as conoid with a plane and spherical walls, and the peripheral wall of the chamber is made as a cylindrical surface which axes coincide with an axis of the device; in the closed part of cumulative and detonation chambers screw channels for formation of the flooded jets of an oxidizer are made, in walls of channels perpendicular to their axes, bleeds for supply of combustible are made; componentsof gas mixture are supplied to detonation and cumulative chambers simultaneously by, continuous jets, and their mixing is carried out in the flooded jets of the oxidizer; initiation of a detonation in the detonation chamber is carried out by spark-plug, and in the cumulative chamber - a shock wave from the detonation chamber; introduction the spraying material, is carried out in a cylindrical trunk in front of outlet from the cumulative combustion chamber through the cartridge of heat-conducting metal comprising screw channels at their end faces, and acceleration and heating of powder is carried out by products of combustion with detonation and them by products of combustion from the cumulative chamber, at that products of combustion and shock waves are baffled from the path of passage of spraying material, to the surface due to a slanting cut of a trunk.
