Protective light-transparent coating is made of one-layer cellular polycarbonate with sealed ends, absorber of solar energy is made of one-layer cellular polycarbonate and has at one of the sides low-emission cover, between those spacer rectangular frame as a closed hollow profile is placed, with cross section as a flat geometric figure – rectangle. Fixation of absorber of solar energy in supply and discharge tubes is tightened, and the supply and discharge tubes for heat carrier are made of cellular polycarbonate, with rectangular cross section, and are equipped with forming ribs, heat insulating layer has additional light-reflecting coating.
