A technique for the surgical suture comprises placing vertical U-shaped or mattress sutures with one continuous thread when the edges of the deep wound are sutured. The needle penetrates subcutaneous and fat tissues in the middle of the wound and then the needle is passed beneath the bottom of the wound. The needle exits in the middle of the opposite edge of the wound followed by ligature crossing. Then the needle with one end of the ligature is inserted into subcutaneous and fat tissues of the primary wall of the wound with the exit on the side of the skin. The final needle insertion is provided with the opposite end of the ligature at the opposite wall of the wound. The needle penetrates subcutaneous and fat tissues and exits through the skin.
