Устройство для натяжения нити при наложении внутрикожного косметического шва, отличающееся тем, что к подпружиненным концам спицы Киршнера фиксируется хирургическая нить, при этом созданное спицей натяжение нити препятствует расхождению краев раны. Полезная модель используется следующим образом. Во время операции косметического зашивания раны врач-оператор накладывает внутрикожные швы так, как показано на рисунке. Через края раны хирургическая нить 3 выводится наружу и одним концом прочно фиксируется к крючку 2 спицы Киршнера 1. После этого спица Киршнера изгибается и ко второму ее крючку прочно фиксируется противоположный конец нити. Находясь в постоянно напряженном состоянии, спица Киршнера равномерно натягивая внутрикожную нить, способствует осуществлению оптимальной адаптации краев раны на весь период регенерации кожи. Кожная рана закрывается стерильными салфетками, а спица Киршнера свободно размещается на коже. После заживления кожной раны концы нитей шва отстригаются от спицы, и она удаляется.The utility model is used as follows.
