Abstract
The invention relates to the field of medicine. Aт immune lyophilized rabbit serum is obtained by parenterally immunization of animals with an antigen and next isolation of blood serum. The immunization is carried out during 2 cycles, at that in the fierst cycle the hornet poison is used for immunization. The poison is emulsified in the complete Freund's adjuvant at the ratio of poison and adjuvant 1:250 with next intramuscular introduction of emulsion. In the second cycle the animals are immunized with hornet poison six times intraperitoneally, and an interval between the first and second cycles of immunization is 19-22 days.
