Abstract

A boiler unit includes intake boxes, shutoff fittings, blast fan, heat exchanger, recuperative air heater, those are connected with an air duct through burners with furnace, there radiation heating surfaces are placed, and with convective shaft where convective heating surfaces are installed, one outlet of that one by means of gas duct connects to each other installed in sequence recuperative air heater, shutoff fittings and smoke exhauster, its outlet is intended for connection to chimney, the second outlet of the convective shaft is connected to furnace by means of re-circulation of smoke gases gas duct along which shutoff fittings and fan for re-circulation of smoke gases are placed in sequence. Additionally it includes a mixing device for supply of hot air, with control and shutoff fittings placed before it, placed in the gas duct for re-circulation of smoke gases after the convective shaft.
