Abstract

A boiler plant comprises an air duct that connects to each other blast air fan, valves and fittings, installed in sequence, and comprises a heat exchanger connected to regenerative air heater air outlet from which by means of air duct for hot air supply is connected to burners that are placed in burner chamber with radiation heating surfaces. This is connected to convective shaft in which in sequence convective heating surfaces are placed, one outlet of that through gas duct is connected to regenerative air heater, this through shutoff fittings and smoke exhauster is connected to chimney, and the other output of the convective shaft with gas duct for re-circulation of smoke gases is connected to the smoke exhauster for re-circulation of smoke gases first output of which through shutoff fittings is connected to burners, the second output through a pipeline equipped with shutoff fittings is connected with a pipeline to shutoff fittings installed after the blast ventilator, and the third output of the smoke exhauster for re-circulation of smoke gases is connected through a pipeline for aggressive air connected through shutoff fittings to chimney. Additionally it comprises a mixing heat exchanger equipped with air duct with shutoff and control fittings and installed between radiator and shutoff fitting of the air duct.
