Abstract

A method for controlled utilization of greenhouse gases of biogas from agro-industrial wastes comprises creation of elective conditions for predominant majority of indigenous methanotroph microbial strains. Biogas is produced by anaerobic fermentation of organic wastes in laboratory installation with purifier at fermentation temperature of 32-34 °C, and utilization of greenhouse gases of biogas in water of purifier is provided by settling of hermetically sealed reservoir with water after biogas treatment for 7 days at temperature of 25-23 °C and for utilization of greenhouse gases of above water space it is necessary – 1.5 months, and inactivation prevention of indigenous methanotroph microbial strains is achieved by control of sewage water to the presence of nitrogen after each fermentation cycle in laboratory installation.
