Abstract

A method for production of a welded impeller of an exhauster with two-way inlet “STEEL-WORK” includes operations of production of the central disc, cover discs, rigidity rings, blades and protective onlays, connection with welding of the blades to the central and cover discs and the last ones – to the rigidity rings, installation of protective onlays, control of quality of welded joints with non-destructive methods of control, mechanical processing of the elements of the welded impeller and joints of those, release of stresses after welding and balancing of welded impeller. The central disc, cover discs, blades and protective onlays are cut in drawing dimensions with air-plasma cutting with possibility of formation of joint surface in the cut, and the rigidity rings are brought to the drawing dimensions with turning the blank as a roll ring. Before installation of the blades to the central disc, those are sorted in pairs by mass, the blades of one pair are placed on the disc in diameter positions one with respect to another. Weld jointing is carried out at presence of temperature in connection elements in welding zone. Quality control of welded joints of the cover discs with rigidity rings is carried out with magneto-powder defectoscopy, and the other welded joints in the welded rotor are inspected with ultrasonic defectoscopy. Release of tensions after welding is performed with vibro-stabilization processing by means of mobile vibro-complex. As material for production of protective onlays wear-proof bimetal sheet is used.
