Abstract
Способ получения биомассы в качестве сырья для биотоплива, основанный на использовании зеленых сценодесмусовых водорослей, включает приготовление инокулята продуцента с последовательным выращиванием посевного материала на агаризованной среде с органическими добавками, внесением его в жидкое минеральное среду для адаптации суспензии и выращивания в условиях интенсивного культивирования на вышеупомянутом среде с оптимальной (200 мг/л) концентрацией нитратного азота. Как продуцент используется новый вид культивируемой водоросли Desmodesmus magnus (Meyen) P. Tsarenko, близкий по производительности видов рода Scenedesmus, но резистентный к паразитам водорослей, высокой концентрации нитратов и обладает способностью к накоплению нитратов (являющихся предшественниками канцерогенов) в среде на порядок (10 раз) ме
