Abstract

A kinematic diagram of a drive of a cargo tricycle comprising a carriage shaft mounted on both sides in a sleeve of the carriage by bearings, a right pedal with a drive sprocket assembly, a rear axle secured to the frame by bearing assembly, a drive sprocket with an overrunning clutch (ratchet type), whose inner sleeve is rigidly mounted on the rear axle, a chain connecting the drive sprocket of the right pedal and drive sprocket, the rear left wheel can rotate freely on the rear axle in both sides, the right rear wheel rigidly secured on the rear axle. It additionally comprises the left pedal with drive sprocket, sprocket-satellite, shaft, left chain, left drive sprocket with an overrunning clutch (ratchet type), while the left pedal with drive sprocket assembly is mounted on the bearings on the shaft of carriage at the place of the left pedal so that it is able to rotate thereon, the shaft is fixedly mounted on the bicycle frame at a right angle to the carriage shaft, on which a sprocket-satellite is mounted so that it is able to rotate freely thereon and is in permanent engagement respectively with the leading sprocket of right pedal and drive sprocket of left pedal and the left drive sprocket with overrunning clutch (ratchet type) assembly is mounted on the rear axle at a distance from the drive sprocket, which is equal to the distance between the drive sprockets of right pedal and left pedal, the inner sleeve of the clutch of left drive sprocket is rigidly secured on the rear axle and left chain connects the driving sprocket of left pedal with the left drive sprocket respectively.
