Abstract
A process for production of food product, according to which two-stage sugar solution crystallization is carried out, wherein at first the sugar solution is prepared to the content of dry matters to 70%, and grain growing is carried out at the expense of dipping of a special holder, on which inoculating crystals are located, into sugar solution, and after that the second stage of crystallization is carried out, where the attenuated sugar solution is brought up to concentration of 70 %, and crystals grown on the holder are dipped into it.
