Abstract
A process for the treatment of aqueous solutions with electroerosion coagulation comprises filling of discharge chamber with aqueous solution, requiring treatment, and layer of metal granules, influence on granule layer with electrical impulses through metal electrodes, connected to the corresponding outlets of impulse generator and arranged in cavity of discharge chamber in solution, requiring treatment, slow destruction of granules under action of spark discharges between them and forming of coagulants and water of necessary purity. A layer of metal granules is formed from granules made of iron alloys and from aluminum or alloys based on it. Granules from iron alloys and steel electrodes make up about 20-25 % from total volume of metals in solution in cavity of discharge chamber. The solution, requiring the treatment, is given to discharge chamber in flow regime with pressure from below for forming of "pseudofluid" bed of granules, influencing on which with impulses of rectangular shape with pore space of 75-85 microseconds and pulse height of 300-800 V.
