Abstract

Severhin comprises the embolization of the bronchial arteries and laser recanalization of the bronchial stenosis. First, the femoral artery is catheterized according to Seldinger. The catheter is passed to the thoracic aorta. The bronchial arterias supplying cancder with blood are contrasted. The bronchial arteries are emboloed under X-ray control with polypropylen emboli. The cathater is removed. For recanalization of the bronchial stenosis, yttrium aluminum garnet neodymium laser is used endoscopically.
