Abstract
The invention relates to the pharmacology, namely to the method for producing calcium gluconate solution for injections. According to the invention, the water for injections is heated to 98-102 DEGREE C, boiled, cooled to 80 DEGREE C. Then calcium levulinate is added, the solution is mixed, calcium gluconate is added, the solution is mixed, calcium saccharate is added, the solution is mixed until the complete dissolution of the ingredients. The solution is then heated to the boiling temperature, kept at this temperature, and cooled to 20-25 DEGREE C by nitrogen bubbling. The resulting solution of calcium gluconate for injections is stable throughout the storage term, namely 2.8 years.
