Abstract
Способ гемостаза при геморроидальных кровотечениях осуществляют путем введения тампона в нижнеампулярный отдел прямой кишки. Предварительно из хирургической перчатки готовят баллон, который помещают в обильно смазанные мазью "Левомиколь" сложенные широкие стерильные бинты и под контролем глаза устанавливают в ректальных зеркалах в нижнеампулярный отдел прямой кишки, наполняют баллон холодным физраствором кухонной соли 2-3 °C до 80-120 мг. К другому концу баллона, который остался снаружи, привязывают бинт с фиксированным к нему флаконом на 400 мл, который наполняют водопроводной водой. Баллон перемещают из нижнеампулярного отдела прямой кишки в анальный канал и натягивают, через 6-8 часов баллон извлекают и устанавливают тампон с мазью "Левомиколь"
