Abstract

Further, to the optoelectronic device are introduced (n-2) additional optoelectronic registers, n RS-flip-flops, the second AND element, n enable AND elements and an AND-NOT element, and each bit cell (n-2) of additional optoelectronic registers comprises an optoelectronic quantizing module.
