A method for measurement of parameters of ionosphere and magnetosphere is in that by means of radar of incoherent scattering one emits vertically upwards a radio-pulse with linear polarization at frequency higher than critical frequency of ionosphere, with reception of signal scattered by ionosphere, with measurement of the angle of turn of the plane of polarization, where- height, with obtaining evaluation of concentration by respective formula. Simultaneously with evaluation of electronic concentration one obtains the value of electronic concentration by method of vertical soundingwith calculation of the long component of strength of magnetic field of Earth by respective formula.
