As filler surplus activated sludge and slurry of chemical water treatment of heat power plant are used in the following ratio, weight %: bird dung – 76-88, surplus activated sludge – 10-22, slurry of chemical water treatment of heat power plant – 2-4, mixing is carried out in dispersing agent, and further treatment is carried out by serial operations of anaerobic fermentation and centrifuging.
