Abstract

A method for producing a high-clean germanium involves charging germanium dioxide into the reactor, reducing thereof with hydrogen, alloying, directed crystallization and zone purification at multiplepassages of melted zone through the obtained ingot. After charging germanium dioxide to the reactor it is dried in the nitrogen atmosphere, with subsequent roasting in the nitrogen atmosphere. As germanium dioxide it is used the hydrated germanium dioxide. The invention allows to increase germanium output with simultaneous reducing expenses for producing thereof.
