Закристаллизовавшийся на диске металл в виде кусочков лент и чешуеєк отрьіваєтся от диска под действиєм центробежной силь! и накапливаєтся на днище камерьі. Опустив диск-кристаллизатор до верхнего среза кристаллизатора, его поднимают вверх в исходноє положение и производят подачу расходуємой заготовки вверх. По мере подьєма заготовки она расплавляется в зоне индуктора и таким образом происходит накоплениє новой порции жидкого металла. После накопления необходимого обьеєма жидкого металла подачу расходуеємой заготовки прекращают, и вращающийся диск снова опускают, повторяя кристаллизацию новой порции металла. Далее накоплениє металла в ванне возобновляют путем подьема расходуємой заготовки, т.е. процесс повторяют циклически.
