Abstract
A device for creating high-gradient magnetic field in wells of a biological plate comprises permanent magnets mounted on a magnetic core. In the field of magnets a biological plate is mounted. The number of permanent magnets is equal to or greater than the number of the plate wells. The magnets have a cylindrical shape, axial magnetization and polarity alternating in two perpendicular directions and are periodically arranged on the flat surface of the magnetic core.
