Abstract
The technique for generating the pyloric sphincter upon the resection of the stomach comprises the surgical access, the mobilization, the resection of the stomach, and the generation of the gastroenteroanastomosis. Then the efferent intestinal loop is wrapped by the free end of the afferent loop. Prior to wrapping, the part of the efferent loop is dissected transversally from one countermesenteric edge to another, abutting upon submucous layer. Upon preparing and tucking the dissected loop, the dublicature of the muscular-serous layer is generated. The deseroused and demyelized area is wrapped with the free end of the afferent loop and fixed by separate muscular-serous sutures.
