Abstract

The needle holder contains two branches with the spur racks, the lock, the finger rings, and the operating jaws with six pins located in checkrow mode in one jaw and six corresponding grooves in the opposite jaw. Upon joining the branches, the pins in the grooves hold the needle in its initial position.

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to medical instruments used in surgery, and can be used to hold a needle during stitching of tissues.

Disadvantages of the specified needle holder are: insufficiently reliable fixation of the needle of the working part of the tool, rapid wear of its lock.

The closest in terms of technical essence is the Hegar needle holder, on one end of which there are working jaws, and on the other - two branches with racks, a lock and rings for holding this tool with your fingers. The inner surface of the working sponges has numerous small notches that fix the needle and prevent it from shifting during work (21.

The disadvantages of the specified needle holder are: insufficiently reliable fixation of the needle by the working jaws of the tool, rapid wear of notches on the inner surface of the working jaws.

The invention is based on the task: to create a needle holder that would ensure the possibility of reliable holding of the needle during sewing, while eliminating mobility and displacement relative to the inner surface of the working jaws of the tool.

The task is solved due to the fact that in a needle holder with two branches with racks, a lock, finger rings and working jaws, according to the invention, one of the jaws contains six pins, placed in two rows in a checkerboard pattern, on the second jaw there are corresponding pins six grooves, which, when connected to the pins, hold the needle in the initial position at the moment of closing the branches. Such a feature of the inner surface of the working jaws of the needle holder completely excludes mobility and displacement of the needle during work.

The needle holder consists of two branches 1, 2, each of which has rings for fingers 3, 4, a rack 5, which with the opposite rack forms a lock for fixing the device, and a working jaw 6, 7. One of the working jaws contains six pins 8 with a height of 1 mm , with a diameter of 1 mm, arranged in a checkerboard pattern. The other working sponge contains six grooves 9 with a depth of 1.1 mm and a diameter of 1.1 mm, located opposite the pins of the opposite working sponge. The distance between the pins of each row of Zmm on the first working sponge. The distance between the grooves of each row of Zmm on the second working jaw, which corresponds to the placement of the pins on the opposite working jaw. Pins and grooves located opposite each other ensure complete congruence at the moment of closing the branches. The pins, connecting with the grooves, ensure reliable fixation of the needle and its complete immobility during work.

The device is used in this way. The needle holder is taken by the finger rings, the working jaws are opened and a needle is inserted between them, after which the device lock is closed. When closing the branches of the tool, the surgical needle is fixed with the working jaws of the device at the level of 1-2 mm from their end. At the same time, reliable fixation is provided by a transverse notch and pins, excluding the possibility of the needle shifting in any direction.

Advantages: reliable fixation of the needle during operation, low activation of grooves and pins.
