Abstract

The proposed high-voltage device for electro-shock therapy with direct or remote action contains a low-frequency power-supply unit, a power switch, a power converter, a high-voltage pulse former, electrodes, a cylinder with compressed air, a pipeline, a control valve, a fuse, a start button, and additionally, two insulated capsules filled with electrolyte. The proposed device provides a possibility to reduce the probability of electrical shock for the patient when applying high-voltage pulses.
