Abstract
A tamping iron includes an electric motor with vibrator and packer installed on the frame, a spring shock absorber placed between the frame and the handle, and shock absorbers placed between belt attached to electric motor and frames. Each of shock absorbers placed between the belt and the frame arranged as compression spring installed on shell that is rigidly fixed to frame and provided at side of frame with collar, there with possibility of reciprocal motion a body rigidly attached to the belt goes, the last one is provided at side of the belt with threading. In the body a slot is arranged to which the pin rigidly fixed to shell goes. Compression spring is placed between the collar of the shell and the nut turned on to threading of the body.
