Abstract
A bipolar electrode for electrochemical processes is made in form of carrying plate with attached thereto from opposite sides of the anode and cathode plates. The plates are set in parallel at the certain distance from the bearing plate and they are connected by metal staples, rivets or threaded connection. The supporting plate is made from not electro conductive material, it has openings for connecting the anode and cathode plates with the bearing plate and the holes around the perimeter for attachment to the electrolyzer.
