A thermoelectric material comprises thallium (I) diselenium bismuthade TlBiSeand stannum (IV) selenide SnSe, and formed on their base TlBiSnSeeutectic composite displays the highest thermoelectric Q in comparison to output composition of thermoelectric Q with x=0,45 over temperature interval 460-600 K.
