Abstract
Description
The useful model refers to medicine and can be used in orthopedics for the individual production of orthopedic insoles.
а. с СРСР Мо1509037, МПКА 61 В 5/10, 1989 р.|.There is a known method of making a negative model of the sole area of the foot, which includes loading the support with a loose filler. sealing it with an elastic film, forming the filler, vacuum forming the filler. In advance, a sub-vault support is formed in the foot arch by installing a hermetic elastic container filled with loose filler in the arch of the foot, vacuum strengthening the support, loading it with the patient's weight, increasing the pressure in the elastic container and carrying out deformation under the load of the relief of the sub-vault region of the foot (see a. c. USSR Mo1509037, MPKA 61 V 5/10, 1989 |.
The disadvantage of this method is that it does not provide an accurate impression of the sole surface of the foot.
There is a known method of obtaining individual orthopedic insoles, which consists in the fact that the insoles are formed according to a unified model, which is used during vacuum forming. Warmed to a plastic state, the material forming the compensator is placed under the decorative insole and formed in the middle part of the foot of one insole, on which the second insole is formed accordingly (see the catalog of SVORRO RAVIZSN, Italy, 1992).
However, this method does not solve the issue of individual receipt of orthopedic insoles, because the impressions of the foot obtained at the same time do not reflect its anatomical structure.
There is a known method of obtaining an impression of a foot, according to which, under load, using plastered and soaked bandages placed on a deformed pillow, the patient's impression of the foot is corrected. A liquid-filled pillow is used as a deformed pillow.
However, the disadvantage of this method is its laboriousness. From receiving the negative to receiving the finished insole, there are a number of time-consuming technological operations: after receiving the negative - its drying, pouring the positive, drying the positive, drying the insole, sticking compensators, drying, trimming. Also, this technology of obtaining insoles does not provide an accurate impression of the sole surface of the foot.
The method of obtaining individual orthopedic insoles is adopted as a prototype, which includes placing the patient's feet on heated thermoplastic material, which is placed on a hydraulic cushion, pressing the material with the feet and forming an impression of the sole area of the feet by increasing the pressure in the hydraulic cushion, see Patent of Ukraine Me 55316A, IPC A 61 B 5/107, 2003)
The disadvantage of the prototype is the insufficient accuracy of obtaining the footprint for the variant of insoles used in traffic conditions. The disadvantage is due to the fact that the patient's feet remain motionless, and the hydraulic cushion bends when the pressure in it increases. At the same time, an impression of a stationary foot is obtained and the patient's gait and his individual way of placing his feet while walking are not taken into account. These insoles perform their function best for those cases where the patient spends most of his time standing (for example, a machine operator, or a salesperson, or a hairdresser). For cases of predominant use in traffic conditions, they are not very effective, as they are not applied to the foot in dynamics.
The basis of a useful model is the task of creating a method of obtaining individual orthopedic insoles, in which, by changing the technique for obtaining an impression of the soles of the feet, it is possible to take into account all the individual features of the patient's foot in a stationary state and while walking, which increases the accuracy of their manufacture for all cases of use .
To solve the problem, a method of obtaining individual orthopedic insoles is proposed by placing the patient's feet on heated thermoplastic material, which is placed on a hydraulic cushion, pressing the material with the feet and forming an impression of the sole area of the feet, in which, according to a useful model, the impression is formed by pressing the heated thermoplastic material with the feet material when the patient is stationary or when he makes movements, and the movements imitate walking and/or periodic movement from toes to heels and vice versa.
Polyethylene foam is mainly used as a thermoplastic material.
The method of manufacturing individual orthopedic insoles is carried out as follows. Blanks of the required size are cut from thermoplastic material (for example, polyethylene foam). Then the workpieces are heated to a highly elastic state. Polymers enter a highly elastic state when heated above the glass transition temperature. This state is characterized by high mobility of polymer chain sections.
The heated workpieces are placed on the surface, on the hydraulic cushion. The patient stands with his feet on the workpieces located on hydraulic cushions and simulates walking and periodically moves both feet from the toes to the heels and vice versa.
As a result of plastic deformation, which is characterized by the fact that under the influence of external forces, the relative location of body parts changes, an impression of the sole area of the foot is formed in a thermoplastic material, taking into account the patient's weight, muscle tone and gait characteristics.
The material of the hydraulic cushion and some other processes introduce errors in the formation of the impression.
After studying the impression and, depending on the pathology of the foot, the insoles are corrected, processed and adjusted to the shoes.
Thus, the proposed method of manufacturing individual orthopedic insoles allows you to obtain a corrected impression of the sole area of the foot. Due to the fact that the formation of the footprint occurs directly when the patient's feet are moved, the objectivity of the footprint increases.
