Abstract

A method for Cesarean section with generation of the functionally competent uterine scar comprises the laparotomy, the scar of uterus, the removal of fetus, the reconstruction of uterine continuity with uninterrupted one-row suture followed by suturing the abdominal cavity. The aponeurosis with the subcutaneous fat and muscles are separated bluntly by bilateral tractions, the peritoneum in dissected in a sharp mode on the left or on the right from the median line outside the projection of the cut of the anterior abdominal wall and the site of obliterated urachus and umbilical artery. The uterus is incised by arched cuts. The edges of the wound are separated by fingers without the separation of the vesicouterine fold and the urinary bladder. The uterine continuity is restored with uninterrupted one-row suture using the synthetic resorptive material involving one third of myometrium tissue and vesicouterine fold.
