Abstract

The method for applying the adjustable aortopulmonar anastomosis for functional adaptation of the left ventricle to the radical correction in the patients with small volume of the left ventricle comprises applying the aortopulmonar anastomosis with the graduated blood flow. The lace connected with the flexible plastic tube terminating under the sterile dressing is then put under the aortopulmonar anastomosis. Such a design provides for the adjusting the optimal loading applied to the left ventricle with the aim of preparing for more radical surgery to be followed.
