Abstract

Water-heating boiler relates to the heating engineering, and can be used for heating rooms, mostly in small houses. It has a body and a furnace chamber of rectangular shape, with formation of water layer in between of those; those elements are installed horizontally, with the ratio of the area of the ceiling to the area of each vertical wall from 1 to 10. Furnace chamber has a burner appliance and a gas duct connected to the smoke duct. At that, the burner appliance and the smoke duct are placed in the opposite in length of the furnace chamber end parts of it; and in the gas duct there are installed several vertical tie plates with formation of channels for combustion products alternating passing, with the motion of those ones with the back and front walls. This for the first of the tie plates is installed with formation of a channel with the ceiling as well. The branch pipe for the cold water supply is installed at the side of the smoke duct, in the lower part of the body, and the branch pipe for the hot water discharge is installed in the upper part of the body at the side of the burner appliance, above which a unit for temperature increase is installed.
