Abstract

A filtering cloth is made of synthetic polyamide and polypropylene threads and contains in its base and weft a combination of a mono-thread and a flat polypropylene thread, which form the cloth structure with visually continuity of its cover with the eye-passages for filtration of liquid.

Винахід відноситься до фільтруючих матеріалів для рідин, а саме до технічних фільтрувальних тканин, 2 виготовлених із поліамідних монониток у сполученні із пропіленовими плоскими нитками і може бути використаний у текстильній промисловості.The invention relates to filter materials for liquids, namely to technical filter fabrics 2 made of polyamide monofilaments combined with propylene flat threads and can be used in the textile industry.

Відома фільтрувальна тканина, яка складається в основі із полі«амідних монониток діаметром 0,15-0,34мм, або комплексних ниток 29 текс, а уточні комплексні поліамідні нитки від 29 до 110 текс виготовлені на в'юркових крутильних машинах з круткою до 100 круток на 1 метр нитки, що забезпечує тканині пружинисте розтягування не менше 1095 (див. деклараційний патент України Мо42514А від 22.03.2001р.).A well-known filter cloth, which consists mainly of polyamide monofilaments with a diameter of 0.15-0.34 mm, or complex filaments of 29 tex, and fine complex polyamide filaments from 29 to 110 tex are made on reel twisting machines with a twist of up to 100 twists per 1 meter of thread, which provides the fabric with a springy stretch of at least 1095 (see declaratory patent of Ukraine Мо42514А dated 03/22/2001).

Пропонована тканина виробляється полотняним переплетінням. При цьому і показник розривного навантаження тканини не менше ніж у аналога і пружинить тканина при фільтруванні і регенерації більше 10905.
