Abstract

A method of uretero-intestinal anastomosis includes the introduction of catheter into the ureter, making a hole in the intestine wall, forming a tunnel from the full-thickness colon wall by screwing it into the intestine hole, passing the ureter through the formed tunnel into the intestine hole and its fixation to the intestinal wall. To form uretero-intestinal anastomosis, six knotted serous-muscular sutures are put on the cecum cupula, the serous-muscular layer of the appendix is dissected near its base, and its mucous coat is transected at a distance from the cecum cupula. The catheter is introduced into the intestine, preserved mucous layer of the appendix is fixed to the catheter by ligatures. Muscular layer of the ureter is stitched by ligatures of previous serous-muscular sutures at the level of the cecum wall, and ligatures are knotted.
